In this episode I visit Shebas Soul Plate located 3421 N. Broad Street, Phila. Pa right near Temple Hospital. This food truck is draped in the beautiful Cameroon Flag along with lushed green plants. Founded by Father James Watts and also co-owner alongside with his children this food truck started about 2 years ago. Walking by you will definitely noticed the jerk smoke in the air. I was blessed with the jerk chicken cheesesteak, bbq salmon rice platter and the salmon and greens platter. Each rice platter comes with rice and peas, greens and candied yams.
