Cooking African Food in Malaysia (Nigerian Food) - Explore With Bolu | Malaysia Vlog

In this vlog, Bolu is taking the role of a Chef, Cooking African Food in Malaysia (Nigerian Food).

The inspiration of this video is drawn from a lot of comments from Malaysians on one of videos where Bolu explored the largest wet market in Malaysia, specifically showing where African food items can be bought. Many of the comments suggested that a cooking video be made where Bolu prepares one of the African dishes.

Malaysians are multicultural, and love to learn from other people's culture and way of life, especially the food culture. Bolu was amazed at the beautiful comments from Malaysians regarding his country's local food, Nigerian food. Thus, Bolu decided to show how to make a very simple Nigerian dish, perhaps some Malaysians or foreigners could try it out as well.

The Nigerian food, Bolu is cooking in this vlog, is common in Nigeria, and some other part of Africa. It's Nigerian Vegetable soup, with some wonderful fishes, dry fish, and eba (garri), made with cassava flakes. The output was quite tantalizing, and you wouldn't want to miss a step of the process of cooking this African Nigerian food, which Bolu prepared here in Malaysia.

Bolu is a Nigerian living and studying in Malaysia. In a previous video, Bolu tried to explore around Malaysia, looking for an African restaurant that serves Nigerian dishes. The reason behind this explore was because Bolu has missed Nigerian food, and it's been quite long since he had a proper Nigerian food.
