My name is Jess Vice and I am Ghanaian-English but was born and raised in Australia. Visiting Africa for the first time and stepping foot on the soil imprinted a feeling of peace in my spirit and gave me a sense of belonging that I'd never experienced before. It's a feeling that can't be put into words and so I urge all melanated people to return "home".
