1. AFRICAN OKRA SOUP
*Marinate :(1 hour)
1 Kg Goat Meat Lamb
1 Kg Beef
2 Onions Chopped
1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon
1 Chopped Habanero
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce

*COOKING:
2 Tbsp Palm Oil
Marinated Beef and Lamb
1 Tbsp Grinded Crayfish
2 Cups - Water
Spanish
2 Cups - Okra Tempura


*JOLLOF RICE
2 Tbsp oil
1 Cup - Red Onions
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup - Tomato Sauce
1 Tsp Dry Thyme
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2-3 Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Chicken Powder
2 Cups - Rice
1/2 Cup - Chicken Stock
