This chapter finds our group heading to the Serengeti (Maasai word for Endless Plain) after our visit to the Maasai village. We stayed at the Tloma Mountain Lodge for one night to rest in luxury before several nights camping. We must travel along the the rim of the Ngorogoro Crater to get to our destination and make a few cool stops along the way. A trip down into crater will have to wait until our return trip to Tloma in part 8.
